What we do
Four ways we help South Florida travelers see the world — from your first cruise to your most ambitious custom itinerary.

Missing or generic alt text ("image123.jpg") is a wasted SEO opportunity.
Step 9: Internal linking check
Home page should link OUT to your other pages naturally. Verify these links exist somewhere on Home:
Link to /about (in Meet Your Guide card, or "Travel with Angie" section)
Link to /services or specific services on service cards
Link to /cruises (from the Cruises card in "What we do")
Link to /contact (multiple CTAs)
Link to /blog (in menu, or optionally as a "Read our travel tips" card if desired)
Rank Math also has a Link Suggestions feature that appears in the sidebar as you edit — it suggests internal links based on keywords. Worth glancing at.
Step 10: Rank Math SEO score check
Once all the above is done, scroll to the Rank Math SEO analysis panel. It shows a score out of 100 and lists what's working and what needs improvement.
Aim for 80+ on Home. If it's lower, the panel will tell you exactly what to fix (e.g., "keyword missing from H1," "meta description too short," "focus keyword not in first paragraph"). Address whatever it flags.
Common quick fixes:
"Focus keyword not in first paragraph" → Not something we'll force. Home already reads well; don't stuff.
"Focus keyword not in URL" → For Home page this doesn't apply (Home has no URL slug). Ignore.
"Content too short" → Home has plenty of content across all sections. Ignore.
Some warnings are informational, not required. Don't chase 100 — chase 80+.
Step 11: Update and verify
Click Update at top right
Open the site in an incognito window: https://www.simplyadventuroustravel.com
Right-click → View Page Source
Search (Ctrl+F / Cmd+F) for:
<title> — should show the SEO title you set
<meta name="description" — should show the meta description
<meta property="og:title" — should show the Facebook title
<script type="application/ld+json" — should include TravelAgency schema
If any of these are missing or show the wrong content, the settings didn't save. Go back to Rank Math and re-check.
Step 12: Test social sharing preview
Facebook Sharing Debugger: developers.facebook.com/tools/debug — paste in https://www.simplyadventuroustravel.com → should show title, description, image
Twitter Card Validator: cards-dev.twitter.com/validator — same test for Twitter
Both tools also let you "re-scrape" the page so social platforms pick up any changes immediately.
Once Home is done, reply with:
Confirmation Rank Math SEO score is 80+ (or what it flagged that we can't fix)
Any issues that came up
Then we move to Page 2 — About.SEO title need to be 60 character or less , SEO description must be 160 or lessYou're right — my earlier title was too long. Here are the corrected versions.
Corrected SEO Title (60 chars max)
South Florida Travel Advisor — Simply Adventurous Travel
Character count: 56 ✓
Why this order:
Focus keyword South Florida Travel Advisor comes FIRST (Google weights the beginning of the title higher)
Brand name at the end (still shows in results, still gets brand recognition)
Corrected Meta Description (160 chars max)
South Florida travel advisor specializing in cruises, group tours, custom journeys, and destination expertise. Free consultations, no pressure.
Character count: 145 ✓
What changed:
"guided group tours" → "group tours" (saved 7 chars, same meaning)
"— no pressure, no booking required" → "no pressure" (saved 24 chars, same intent)
Paste these into Rank Math
Pages → Home → Edit
Scroll to Rank Math SEO
SEO Title: paste the 56-char version
Meta Description: paste the 145-char version
Update
Rank Math's title/description indicators should turn green now.
For every remaining page — same rules apply
I'll keep both under limits from now on:
SEO Title: 60 chars or less
Meta Description: 160 chars or less
Confirm Home is green in Rank Math, then we'll move to Page 2 — About with the character limits baked in from the start.](https://www.simplyadventuroustravel.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/stunning-view-of-colorful-hot-air-balloons-flying-over-cappadocias-unique-landscapes-in-turkiye.-27651386-scaled.jpg)
